I can't wait for part 3. I loved the relationship between Nico and Gabriel and even though Matty sometimes felt jealous it was never in a suspicious way and he never got between them. I hope to see ALL the characters in the new book but I'm hoping to see that Alpha male Moretti come out and take care of business. Women and children are supposed to be off limits. Great read!!!

Im sooo glad Matty and Nico finally got it together and she found family she didnt know she had. Gabriel finding love but with all the good that's happening things are still trying to destroy this family and Nico just can't catch a break. Now Gabe and Nico are left in a coma so will Matty seek revenge on the possible suspects can't wait to see what happens next.

The Moretti Family drama continues with that part of Matty's family creating issues for his family. He's trying to let it go, but the problem continues to get worse.Ready to read book 3 of this series.

This book is so darn good OMG!!! I don't even know where to begin this book but all I can say when book 3 comes out all hell is going to break lose!!!

I read the first book and really liked it. HOWEVER.... Book 2 became a circus on paper. There is everything going on in here plus the Kitchen sink...... I don't get it.... Not a terrible read but the storyline is all over the place. The female lead is extremely immature, silly and immature. The male lead... I just don't know. I think the author is trying too hard. It could be a really good story just calm down the drama. And please stop with these cliffhangers.....

The storyline like the previous book was good but once you get into a part, it jumps ahead weeks or months and like this one started years after. It's like she had an idea and started on it and when she couldn't think of what else to write she skipped ahead in time. There wasn't enough detail when you wanted to know more but too many details of the house that weren't really important too me. Would have given more stars if it were better thought out.

This story started off slow but boy it did it end in a BANG! Matty and Nico are adjusting to their marriage, secrets come out about both families that put them to the test. Nico's insecurities almost about not being good enough or loved or wanted almost kills her marriage to Matty. Matty's inability to handle grief is another hiccup that almost puts an end to their marriage too. Nico develops and blossoms in her own when her birth family is found and she confronts her father's wife, the woman she thought was her mother. The couple both grow into strong individuals when their family is threatened. The family comes together as a full force when the family is threatened. The author wrote about trials in marriage and family and how communication is key to all relationships. The secrets you keep and hide will eventually come out and explode when you least expect them too. Looking forward to read the resolutions in DiMaggio 3.

Matty and Nico appear to have grown up a little in book 2 and the story become much more interesting to me. I like that the author keeps her stories moving and they are fast paced.
